Hi! I'm Nicole, a Registered Dietitian with over a decade of experience. I graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and a concentration in pediatrics. I completed my Dietetic Internship with ARAMARK. I started my career as a Retail Dietitian, and then moved on to other roles including clinical, sch

I've always loved working directly with people, cooking at home, and experimenting with food to create yummy and (mostly) healthy dishes. My program Culinary Creatives combines all of these things together to bring kids & adults fun, and educational, classes!
Our Mission
Here at Culinary Creatives we believe that food can be many things - nourishing, delicious, and fun! We offer cooking and activity classes throughout Northern NJ by partnering with local community centers, libraries, and after school groups. We encourage children and adults alike to learn through exploration with food, and then of course, eating it!
